On a prowl for a delectable beef tenderloin to satiate your craving? Look no further than this tantalizing dish of Filetto Di Manzo. We were overwhelmed to know only the high-quality and protein-rich Black Angus beef tenderloin is used to make this delight. After being cooked to perfection, the tenderloin is served with sautéed mushroom trifolati, roasted potatoes, grilled tomato and coated with mouth-watering beef jus. Tender and packed with flavors, the Filetto Di Manzo totally won our hearts.

As we are a big fan of dim sum, we cannot ignore this Trio Dim Sum Combination at Celestial Court. The pork-free dim sum combination features 3 pieces of classic Shanghai soup dumpling “Xiao Long Bao”, 3 pieces of Signature Prawn and Chicken Siew Mai and 3 pieces of Premium Emerald Har Kao with Water Chestnut. The “Xiao Long Bao” was my favorite as they were so well-balanced in flavors that each bite resulted in an exquisite satisfaction. The dim sum here will definitely please any discerning dim sum lovers!

Next comes a sophisticated dish that we all felt in love with – the Peking Duck. The duck was meticulously prepared as it was hollowed out to stuff with fine Chinese herbs before being rinsed with hot water and dried for 4 hours! As the duck was roasted on point, its fat was melted and the skin was incredibly crispy! Wrapped inside Mandarin pancake with a touch of hoi sin sauce, the Peking Duck was totally a winner in terms of taste. We were pleased to know that diners can choose the preferred serving method for the rest of the duck meat.

We were in a search of a rejuvenating drink and the Classic Twist G&T + Duck Spring Roll turned out to be the perfect choice for some refreshment. The Classic Twist G&T was made using gin infused with a tea bag which came with 3 available flavors – floral, spicy and mystic before being added with tonic. A unique drink that went well with the crunchy and luscious spring rolls that served along. Take a dip of spring roll into the Thai chilli sauce, get a sip of the delightful cocktail and you are all set!

After all the indulgence that we had, a relaxing moment was all that we could ask for and this T-Party at Pavilions Lounge was ideal for us. Being serenaded by the smoothing live tunes, we were ready to indulge ourselves in assorted delectable scones, pastries, sandwiches, cakes and cookies on a 3-tier stand along with hot selections including a dark chocolate fountain at the buffet station and a free flow selection of fine tea or coffee. A pork-free international buffet that is skillfully prepared by master chefs – of course we would not miss out this feast in our list! It took us a while just to take joy in looking at the wide spread of selection of the international buffet at Essence, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur – from local delights to tantalizing steaks with mesmerizing marbles grilled on fire. The all-day-dining restaurant serves 3 types of buffet including breakfast (6am – 10.30am), lunch (12pm – 2.30pm) and dinner (6.30pm – 10pm). Our morning couldn’t be better as we were pampered by hearty Western and Asian selections, freshly squeezed fruit juice, cook-to-order egg and more while lunch and dinner is the time where we relish fresh seafood and amazing chef’s performance.

We satiated our Chinese food craving by reveling in a plethora of delights and one dish that truly caught our attention was the Wok Fried Beef Tenderloin Cube with Jade Kai Lan and Cashew Nuts in Pepper Garlic Sauce. Despite its unpretentious look, the flavors completely captured our hearts! High-quality beef is hand-picked and meticulously prepared before being laden in black pepper garlic sauce. The juicy cubes mingled perfectly with the crunchy jade kai lan – a hearty dish that brought us back a home away from home.

Whiffs of freshly-baked bread, wood-fired pizza and home-style pasta filled the air as we stepped into Villa Danieli, Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur for an authentic rendition of Italian taste. We knew immediately we had come to the right place! One dish that you could not forgo is the Pappardelle All’Astice which is made of home-style large and flat ribbony pappardelle. Served with a half Boston lobster and cooked in light tomato sauce, the dish was a gastronomic delight packed with flavors.

If you are scouting for a sharing platter for 2, this Villa Grigliata Mista Di Pesce is the feast you must have been searching. Only fresh seafood including sea bass, tiger prawns, calamari, tuna and mussels are used to bring out the best taste of the ingredients. Grilled until they are on point, the seafood are infused with a distinct smoky flavors which are enough to trigger your involuntary salivation. Served with mixed salad, roasted potatoes and vegetables, this is a true seafood galore for 2 persons!
