1/ Japanese Wagyu (200g)
One signature dish which would gratify the taste buds of beef aficionados – Japanese Wagyu! 200g of the premium Kyushu pure-bred Japanese Wagyu meat served along with lip-smacking side dishes would make your day! To produce the best meat possible, the Wagyu cows are carefully taken care of and fed with corn and rice for over 600 days. This fact really got us excited! The piece of meat had such great marblings which triggered our salivation silently. With melt-in-the-mouth goodness, the delight was one of the best indulgences that we had!
2/ Iberico Jaws
Here comes another delicacy that would whet the appetite of any porcine lovers – Iberico Jaws. The signature delight features premium parts of Iberico pork together with sumptuous side dishes (which would thrill any Korean foodies)! Highly sought-after thanks to the acorn diets daily, the mouth-watering Iberico pork (also known as black pork) has wonderful nutty flavors which differentiate it from others. The premium parts of Iberico pork exuded a tangy aroma which enticed us to dig into right after they were cooked to our preference. Tender-to-the-bite with a one-of-a-kind flavor, this Iberico Jaws is a true treat!
3/ LA Ribs (200g)
If you can’t help but fall in love with ribs, this Premium LA Ribs would be everything you could ask for! The unique LA Ribs, also known as Korean BBQ Short Ribs, would easily whet your appetite just by its look! 200g of the ribs with irresistible marblings were presented nicely on the rack and we couldn’t wait to chow down on. With skillful cuts and marination, the ribs were not as tough as we thought and fully packed with flavors! Of course, we love the Korean Bapsang (vegetable side dishes) as they balanced the meat taste.
