If you can’t decide whether to have a dish of tasty sashimi or to chow down on succulent steaks, Wagyu Tataki will offer you the best of both worlds! The Japanese-styled delight is prepared by briefly searing thin pieces of gorgeous-marbled Australian Wagyu beef before topping these enthralling slices of meat with Ponzu Vinegar, Grated Radish and Garlic Flakes. The rich-flavored Wagyu beef is nicely balanced by the citrus-based sauce – ponzu vinegar. Melt-in-the-mouth and flavorful yet not too heavy, this dish is a perfect start for a wholesome meal!

This sinfully delicious signature dish features Premium Wagyu Beef is something that Wagyu lovers simply cannot ignore! Cooked to a perfect medium-rare, the extremely juicy and tender meat is then placed atop wood-fired leeks before being finished with an Asian-Style Chimichurri and burnt onion broth. 5/ Thick-Cut Superior Wagyu at Momotalo Yakiniku

Finally, a swoon-worthy delight –Thick-Cut Superior Wagyu! This signature dish features 4 pieces of thick-cut A4 Miyazaki Wagyu – one of the finest purebred Wagyu meat from Japan! Miyazaki Wagyu comes from the breed of Kuroge Wushu, also known as Japanese Black Cow. The high-quality beef won the “Wagyu Olympics” for 3 years consecutive and is often recognized as the highest quality beef in Japan, even more than the popular Kobe beef. Its unique snowflake-like marblings were alluring and promised a gastronomic treat ahead. After being seared on top of the hot charcoal, the Superior Wagyu had a melt-in-the-mouth and velvety texture that one could not say no to another piece.
